These are 100% polyester raggedy frayed hat patches printed with sublimation ink. Funny and sarcastic sayings Frayed Hat Patches. Like faux burlap with the perfect fray. The hat patches are for use in crafting, decorating hats and jeans, bags, shirts, etc. The patches come with frayed edges and cut in the shapes as pictured. Adhesive IS NOT included for attaching the hat patches. You can use liquid stitch, E6000, etc. However, we do put fray check around the frayed edges of all our distressed hat patches. Base patch fabric is white.
